LG, south korean multinational electronics company, still searching its place in mobile market released an mid range smartphone for indian mobile lovers. LG Q6 was released on Aug, 2017 and it is exclusively available only in amazon for around Rs. 14,990.

It runs with Android v7.1 Nougat operating system with 1.4 GHz Qualcomm snapdragon 435 octa core processor. 3GB RAM and 32 GB Internal Memory expandable upto 2 TB and dual sim (nano and nano) and dual standby (4G and 4G).

2. USER INTERFACE
  • Customized UI skin from LG looks good
  • However, Android update will be available for next one year
3. CAMERA QUALITY
  • 13 MP Selfie camera is good
  • It has 1080p video recording with 30fps and it helps you to capture beautiful moments with high quality
  • 5 MP Rear camera seems to be ok. 
  • Picture optimization needs improvement.
4. PERFORMANCE
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 octa core processor with 3GB RAM, it should deliver decent performance.
  • Performance may get reduced if you perform high end gaming in the device
  • Battery life seems to be good and it lasts long for more than 20 hrs for normal user.
5. VERDICT
  • Unlike buying an china manufacturered mobile phones like Redmi, Vivo, Oppo. LG Q6 looks to be promising at this price range.
  • LG needs to improve certain areas like Camera, heating issues
  • LG will have one year warranty for all models and it does have quite a number of service centres in India as well.
